Farmington

I probably should not be posting right since I have homework... But I want to take a break from it.

Firstly, Nathan and I are now going to UMF. :)

We love it here!

Everyone is soooo much nicer.

Walking down the street people who you don't even know smile and say hi.

People hold doors open, and say Thank you if you hold it for them!

I see people I know all the time.

I get to see my friends!

Also, the education program here is waaaaay better than UMO's.

I am taking a 100 level class at UMF that is comparable to a 400 level class at UMO...

That's sad.

I think that's all I have time to say...

Here is a picture of Nathan and I are our first day of school.

Yes, those are Star Wars lunch boxes

Long Time, No See

Firstly, let me apoligise for I have been a little absent this summer (no surprise) from my blog. It's not that I have not had anything so say, it's just that I have been really busy with work and the apartment. I still have not taken any pictures of the apartment yet because we still have not put everything in it yet. When school starts back up we should been all settled in and then I will post pictures. Promise.

So, what else have I been doing with my summer? Well, I have been trying to get back into YouTube video making. Just this week Nathan and I made a video for a contest. I do not think we will win but it was fun just to make it. If you want to see it click here (http://www.youtube.com/user/SpazzMuffin22). If you want to see more or have any suggestions please leave a comment.

That has pretty much been my whole summer...

On that note, please enjoy this cool picture of lightning I took:

Thrift Shop

Today I had a couple really good finds at my local thrift shop! :)

The first thing I found was this:

Its a plain white hippy dress that I scored for just 2 dollars! :p

Next...

The first two LOTR in VHS! :D
Nathan and I have been wanting them on DVD for a while,
but when I saw them for 50 cents I couldn't help myself!

Also, while I was taking these pictures Luna was watching me,
so...

Peace, Love, and All That Jazz.

First Summer Hike!

Today Nathan, my mom, my dad, and I all went hiking for the first time of the summer! I had a good time and I am now very tired.

I took some pictures but now a lot. I wanted to take some when we got to the top but it was windy and cold. All I wanted to do was eat and get below the tree line again. Because of that I do not have any pictures from the top. I am sure, however, I will hike there again (hopefully soon) and get some pictures from the top. So here are the ones that I took:

These first two pictures I took before we were even at the mountain  On our way there this moose was just crossing the road. It stopped and looked at us for a few seconds then continued into the woods. We saw two more after that but I did not get any pictures of them. One was just after we started hiking and the other was when we were driving home. Who ever called these creatures "majestic" clearly has never seen one walk. :p None of them looked very pretty either because they are all losing their winter coats.

We encountered this part way up the mountain... Yes that is snow.... And yes this IS May... We saw quite a bit more as we kept climbing. Although, it was nicely packed and so did not cause any problem. It was actually kind of fun sliding on when we were hiking down. :)

Here is Nathan pretending to be Atlas. Well, I say pretending but he really was lifting that huge rock up all by himself...

Oh no! I'm about to be crushed by a rock!

Still be crushed, but Nathan is making a last ditched attempt to save me!

And... I'm crushed... Left for dead... Never to be seen again...

Happy Mother's Day!

Firstly to any mothers who might read this, Happy Mother's Day! This morning I made breakfast in bed for my mommy like I do every year. :) I also gave her a cute journal that she asked for with Mickey Mouse on the front. She liked it very much. Now she has gone to her mother's for the day. I had to stay behind because of work. (Now I'm gonna do some dishes as a surprise when she comes home tonight)
While my water is heating I thought I would write a bit because I have not said much lately. I am now finished with my second year of college... Holy cow... Its seem like just yesterday I was graduating from high school and now these little kids are graduating! How is this possible?! I have two more years and then I'll be hunting for the job I will have for years....
On a different note it is summer! Yay! My first three days of summer have rain and work. I do not might the work because I like where I work but the rain is... raining too much. Tuesday Nathan, my mom, and I are planning on going hiking. We are suppose to have good weather and I hope we do! I think that will be a great way to kick of the summer! Besides work the only things that I have plan to do is a 50K at Pineland Farms, and now my family sas been invited to do a charity marathon. We are doing it for the Penobscot River Restoration project. The same project my dad ran the Boston marathon for. Here is the web site for it: http://www.madmarathon.com/
This summer of 2013 is going to be a big summer for Nathan and I's relationship. We are going to move in together! As of right now we are on the search for an apartment which is proving harder than we thought. We have found one that we like and think would suit us fine. We are waiting to hear back from the landlord, but incase that does not work out we are still looking. :) Once we find a place and are settled in I will post pictures of our new space.
I am both excited and nervous about taking this big step but I know that I am ready to do this. I know WE are ready to do this. :)

Peace.

Finals!

I have but one final left, and unfortunately it is chemistry...

And so since I am cramming as much as I can I do not have much to say,

but I feel that this picture says it all.

Have a nice day and good luck to those with finals still ahead!

Happiness

This awesome quote is by Margaret Lee Runbeck.

I do not have much to say, but I just really wanted to share this. :)
